The Schlumberger Middle East and Asia Learning Centre provides advanced training for oil and energy industry professionals. ADNOC Technical Academy has collaborated with Schlumberger MLC since 2010 through various training opportunities. Training is to help trainees understand essential subjects like the full Exploration and Production (P&E) chain with an overview of the link between the well and the facilities, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), and Risk Analysis. A certificate is awarded to those who complete the training course. In addition, the Academy's instructors also benefit from the partnership through access to a "Train the Trainer" program.

Its partnership with Cambridge allows the Academy to assess the language proficiency of trainees with results benchmarked on an international scale, which enables the Academy's trainees to earn an internationally recognized English language qualification. Several different Cambridge assessments are offered and administered at the ADNOC Technical Academy to both trainees and ADNOC employees by the Academy's staff, trained to Cambridge standards.
The Offshore Petroleum Industry Training Organization (OPITO) produces world-class, industry-driven standards recognized globally and is based in Aberdeen, Scotland. These standards help improve workforce safety and competency by ensuring benchmarked training for those receiving OPITO-accredited qualifications. ADNOC Technical Academy's partnership with OPITO ensures that training and assessment outcomes, training program content, staff, and facilities comply with these demanding international standards. In addition, OPITO standards are specifically developed for training in the oil and gas industry, which significantly relates to the Academy's training program. Therefore, upon completing their training program, the Academy's trainees will be eligible to receive an internationally recognized qualification issued by OPITO.
